President’s Letter: Welcome to the 2025 SRVLL Spring Season

Dear San Ramon Valley Little League Community,

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to the upcoming 2025 season of Little League baseball. For more than seven decades, San Ramon Valley Little League has been a cornerstone of our community, bringing kids together to play America’s pastime, make lifelong friendships, and create cherished memories.

As you may know, SRVLL faced significant challenges in the wake of the pandemic. However, thanks to the dedication of our incredible volunteers, coaches, and families, we have turned things around. Last year marked the start of a new chapter with a refreshed board of directors and renewed energy committed to making positive changes that not only saved the league but also began restoring it to the prominence it once had decades ago. And the results are speaking for themselves!

  • For the second year in a row, league registration has grown, meaning more kids in the Danville/Alamo area are playing baseball with their friends, neighbors, and peers than in recent years.

  • On the field, 2024 was SRVLL’s most successful year in the last two decades, winning multiple All-Star tournaments, including a District, Section, and Northern California State Championship by our 10U team.

  • In the off-season, more kids than ever stayed involved by playing fall ball or participated in our fall academy training program, meaning SRVLL players have never been more ready to step on the field this spring.

We are thrilled to build on this momentum in 2025. The SRVLL Board is continuing to work on exciting opportunities to make this year the best yet, providing the fun, tools, and resources to create a positive Little League experience for all kids in the Danville and Alamo area.

With that, my ask of you remains the same: get involved and stay committed. SRVLL is a volunteer-driven league, and every role—from coaching to helping at the snack shack—makes a huge impact. Your participation not only enhances your child’s experience but also contributes to the ongoing success of the league.

Whether your family is looking for a fun league where kids can play with friends or hoping to compete for a Little League World Series title, SRVLL is the place for everyone to play youth baseball.

See you on the diamond!
